Blue Ridge Parkway

The vast majority of the photos on this part of the Blue Ridge Park were taken by Grandma Bert. With the exception of the "Driving the Parkway" album, all others are in order at which your grandparents visited the overlooks or sites.

After their 2 night in Roanoke, part of the Blue Ridge was closed and your grandparents had to follow a detour to get back onto it. The terrain changed quite a bit as Grandma Bert's photos show.
