Roy's Resources provides Russian to English language translation, library, archive, and Internet research services and assistance,  and conversion of printed Russian (Cyrillic) texts to digital (OCR) format. 

The research services are for those who are unable to visit such major collections as the Library of Congress or the National Archives, which I am near and with which I am well acquainted, or who do not have the time to learn the secrets of the Web.  I specialize in researching the Russian-language portion of the Worldwide Web.  I will travel nearly anywhere to do the research that you cannot and write the reports that answer your questions.  I even will travel to your site to brief you or your group about the research.
