New Bern

New Bern was named for Bern, Switzerland, when it was settled in 1710. "Bern" is a translation for "bear." during their 2010 celebrations, the city had local artists create bears to place around the city. These are some of those bears.

Pepsi was invented right in New Bern, North Carolina, in the pharmacy which is now the museum.
