Off the Beaten Track

Small-town America has a lot to offer but often is passed up while travelling the Interstate system. This album is about the small towns we have visited off the highway. You will not find photos of sights in New York or Washington, D.C. or other large cities in this album UNLESS they are niche locations one rarely hears of. You also will not find popular destinations, such as the Grand Canyon, Mount Rushmore or the Rock and Roll Museum and Hall of Fame here.

A small town is defined by the US Census Bureau as having a population less than 50,000 residents.

This album provides a sample photograph to whet your appetite. There are links to the original album where you will find all the pictures we took at that location. Those albums will open in a new tab or window when you click the link.
