Abbyy
Software This commercial site develops products for Russian linguists:
OCR software, electronic dictionaries, more. Their products also
sometimes are licensed to other vendors at reduced cost to the linguist.
I recommend their OCR (called Finereader) and PC-based dictionary (Lingvo).

-
Cyrillic word processor
This now out-of-date program works something like the early DOS versions
of Wordstar. Anything typed with it only can be read using the program
itself. A way to "translate" the font to something readable is needed.
On the other hand, when using the "download font" feature, it prints Cyrillic
text really well. It is available here for historic purposes.
